As an irresistible destination on the Plains of Abraham, the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec invites you to experience architecture and nature by falling under the spell of its magnificent reference collection of Québec art.

Explore the MNBAQ’s four pavilions to discover a vast panorama of Québec’s art history from the 17th century to today. Visit the Gérard-Morisset pavilion, a veritable temple of historical art; the Charles-Baillargé pavilion, the former Québec City prison dedicated to modern art; the spectacular Pierre Lassonde pavilion, which houses the Museum’s extensive collection of contemporary art from 1960 onwards (including design, decorative arts, and Inuit art); and of course, the luminous glass pyramid of the Central Pavilion, which houses the Family Gallery. An immersive, exciting adventure awaits!
